摘要
目的观察基层医院实施护理风险管理效果。方法选择2015年1—12月未实施风险管理阶段120例患者实施常规护理,选择2016年1—12月120例患者进行护理风险管理:构建风险管理组织、强化风险管理意识、制定并健全管理制度和工作流程、加强护理管理质量监控和安全管理、合理配置院内人力资源、加强护患沟通。结果风险管理组发生护理风险1.67%低于常规护理组的7.50%(P<0.05);风险管理组护理理论及操作考核平均(95.95±1.36)分、患者满意98.33%均高于常规护理组(88.59±3.28)分、92.50%(P<0.05)。结论基层医疗机构容易存在许多护理风险,实施风险管理能够提高其护理技能,减少不良护理事件的发生,提升患者满意度。
Objective To observe the implementation effect of nursing risk management in the primary hospital. Methods 120 cases of patients with risk management from January to December 2015, 120 cases of patients in this hospital adopted the risk management from January to December 2016, such as constructing the risk management organization, intensifying the risk management awareness, making and improving the management system and workflow, enhancing the nursing man-agement quality monitoring and safety management, rationally allocating the hospital human resources and enhancing the medical communication. Results The occurrence risks in the risk management group was lower than that in the routine nursing group（1.67% vs 7.50%）（P〈0.05）,and the theory and operation score and satisfactory degree in the risk management group were higher than those in the routine nursing group[（95.95±1.36）points,98.33%vs（88.59±3.28）points,92.50%）]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are many nursing risks in the primary medical institutions, and the implementation of risk management can improve the nursing skill, reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events and improve the satisfactory degree of patients.
