摘要
目的研究分析基层卫生院妇产科护理存在的问题及相应的管理对策。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月期间在该院妇产科接受治疗与护理的120例患者作为研究对象。对上述患者临床资料做回顾性分析,得出基层卫生院妇产科护理存在的问题,及相应的管理对策。结果经统计分析得出,基层卫生院妇产科护理存在的问题主要包括:业务水平低40例(33.3%)、护理人员数量不足35例(29.2%)、制度不健全25例(20.8%)、错误观念15例(12.5%)、护理人员自我保护意识差5例(4.2%)。结论经基层卫生院妇产科护理存在问题的分析,提出提升护理人员的责任感、实施护理质量考核、构建完善的护理制度、提高对护理工作的认识、规范护理人员护理行为的应对措施。
Objective To research and analyze the problems and corresponding management strategies in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in the primary health center. Methods 120 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the existing problems in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in the primary health center were concluded. Results The statistical analysis showed that the major issues in the primary health center mainly included the low business level 40 cases （33.3%）, insufficient nursing staff number 35 cases （29.2%）, imperfect system 25 cases （20.8%）, mistake notion 15 cases （12.5%）, bad self-protection aware-ness of nursing staff 5 cases （4.2%）. Conclusion The analysis of nursing problems in the department of gynecology and ob-stetrics in the primary health center shows that we should improve the responsibility sense of nursing staff, implement the nursing quality evaluation, construct the perfect nursing system, improve the awareness to the nursing work, and standardize the nursing practice of nursing staff.
