摘要
目的观察并探讨护理风险管理在头颈肿瘤外科护理管理中的临床应用效果。方法选取该院2015年11月—2016年11月期间收治的98例头颈肿瘤患者,将所有患者随机分为对照组(49例患者)与实验组(49例患者),对照组患者未给予护理风险管理,实验组患者在护理过程中给予护理风险管理,观察并比较2组患者的风险事故发生率、护理满意度以及护理投诉率。结果实验组患者对护理工作满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理投诉率为3.98%,风险事故发生率为1.24%,对照组护理投诉率为11.28%,风险事故发生率为6.88%,实验组护理投诉率以及风险事故发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在头颈肿瘤外科护理管理中应用护理风险管理具有显著的临床效果,能够降低护理工作中的风险事故发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe and study the clinical application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing man-agement in the department of head and neck oncology. Methods 98 cases of patients with head and neck oncology admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group were not given the nursing risk management, while the experimental group were given the nursing risk management, and the incidence rate of risk accidents, nursing satisfactory rate and nursing dispute rate were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory degree to the nursing work in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）, and the nursing dispute rate and incidence rate of risk accidents in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group（3.98%, 1.24% vs 11.28%, 6.88%） and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The appli-cation effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of head and neck oncology is obvi-ous, which can reduce the incidence rate of risk accidents in the nursing work and improve the satisfactory degree to nurs-ing work, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
