低温臭氧处理对草莓灰霉病菌和枯萎病菌的抑制活性及其品质的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Ozone on Fusarium oxysporum and Botrytis cinerea from Strawberry Field and Quality of Fruit Under the Low Temperature

摘要 以臭氧作为熏蒸剂,在4℃低温条件下设置不同剂量(10、20、40 mg/L)处理2 h,对草莓上灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)进行室内抑制效果测定。在同样温度下,以25 mg/L的臭氧剂量熏蒸2 h,对储藏不同时间(0、4、8、16 d)的草莓进行品质(硬度、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C及总酸度)测定。结果表明,随着处理浓度的提高,臭氧处理后的草莓烂果率分别为9.23%、3.33%、1.28%(枯萎病)和10.92%、4.17%、0.83%(灰霉病),均极显著低于相应的对照处理(35.99%、32.82%)。4种草莓的硬度随储藏时间延长变化不显著,臭氧处理与对照间差异也不显著;臭氧熏蒸后4种草莓的可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、总酸度在储藏16 d后均极显著高于对应品种的对照;烂果率极显著低于对照。 At 4 ℃,the two-hours fumigant was conducted at the dose of 10,20,40 mg/L for assessing the impact of ozone on Fusarium oxysporum and Botrytis cinerea from strawberry field,and the quality of strawberry(hardness,soluble solids content(SSC),VC content and titratable acid(TA)) was figured out at the 0,4,8,16-days storage after the two-hours fumigant by the 25 mg/L of ozone.Results showed that the decay rates of strawberry on the ozone treatment were 9.23%,3.33%,1.28%(Fusarium oxysporum,on the order of dose),and 10.92%,4.17%,0.83%(Fusarium oxysporum),and these were significant lower than those on the control(35.99% and 32.82%,respectively).After the two-hours fumigant,the hardness of strawberry had no significant difference between ozone treatments and the control by the storage time going.However,the VC,SSC,TA of the strawberry on the treatment were higher than those on the control,but the decay rate on the ozone treatment was significantly lower.
