摘要
在公共文化服务建设中,志愿服务已经成为一个越来越重要的环节,是现代社会文明进步的重要标志。图书馆的志愿者服务是开展图书馆各项服务的有益补充,可以推动图书馆事业的发展。本课题从图书馆志愿服务的作用入手,探析在大力创建公共文化服务体系的大环境下,图书馆如何发挥志愿服务的个性化特征以及应采取的管理措施。
In the construction of public cultural service,voluntary service has become an increasingly important part and an important symbol of the progress of modern social civilization. The voluntary service of libraries is a useful supplement to carry out different kinds of library services,and can promote the development of library. Starting with the function of library voluntary service,this paper analyzes how libraries can give full play to the personalized characteristics of voluntary service and the management measures that should be taken under the great environment of creating the public cultural service system.
