摘要
法官作为一种职业,是社会发展不可或缺的。因法官与司法公正、社会公平紧紧相连的特殊性,对其职业道德的要求相比其他职业更为严格。法官职业道德具有鲜明的政治性、更大的强制性、独特的示范性的特点,并确立了保障司法公正、提高司法效率等基本准则。最后,基于哲学视角的价值概念,依次分析了法官职业道德对法官个体、法官群体和整个社会的价值。
As a kind of occupation, the judge is an indispensable part of social development. Because the judges are closely linked withjudicial justice, and the equity of social, the requirement of the professional ethics of judges is more stringent than other occupations. Thecharacteristics of professional ethics of judges are political, mandatory, unique model. Its basic standards are to guarantee judicial justice,improve judicial efficiency and so on. Finally, based on the perspective of the concept of value in philosophy, this paper starts to analyze ofthe values of good professional ethics of judges to individual judges ,judges, and the whole society one by one.
