摘要
以自制固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3催化乙酰乙酸乙酯和1,2-丙二醇合成苹果酯-B。结果表明:SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3是催化合成苹果酯-B的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:物料比n1(1,2-丙二醇)∶n2(乙酰乙酸乙酯)为1.5∶1,催化剂用量1.5%,带水剂苯60ml,反应时间2.0h,收率为79.4%。产物的结构经折光率和红外光谱得到证实。
The synthetic technology of fraistone ketal reaction from ethyl acetoacetate and 1,2-Propanediol was studied by using SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3 solid super acid as catalyzation. The result shows that the catalytic performance of SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3 catalyst is good,the optimal ketal reaction conditions were as follows: mole ratio of 1,2-Propanediol to Ethyl acetoacetate 1.5 ∶ 1,dosage of catalyst 1.5%,benzene 60 ml,ketal reaction time 2.0 hours.The yield of fraistone was 79.4 %.The structure of the product was proved by refractive index and IR spectrum.
