摘要
随着大众旅游时代的到来,现代旅游新业态、新格局、新趋势对当前旅游人才资源建设提出新要求,旅游行政主管部门、教育部门、旅游企业必须适应时代变化,做好旅游人才指导发展服务,使旅游人力资源得到合理开发,使旅游产业健康可持续发展。以福建省为例,近年其旅游产业得到较大发展,正逐步由"旅游资源大省"向"旅游经济强省"跨越,但随之而来的是旅游人力资源问题较为突出,主要是人力资源的地域、行业分布不均衡、人员结构不合理等问题,应积极做好旅游人才战略规划,做好旅游人才的教育与培训。
With the arrival of the era of mass tourism,a new pattern of new formats,new forms,new patterns and new trends of modern tourism put forward new requirements for the construction of tourism talent resources.Tourism administrative departments,education departments and tourism enterprises must adapt to the changes of the times,to guide the development of tourism talents,to develop human resources reasonably and to make tourism industry develop healthily and sustainably.Taking Fujian Province as an example,the tourism industry has obtained great development in recent years,is gradually moving from a"big province of tourism resources"to a"province with a strong tourism economy".However,the problem of tourism human resources is more prominent,mainly due to the problems of human resources,uneven distribution of industries,unreasonable personnel structure and other issues.We should actively make strategic planning for tourism talents and do well in education and training of tourism talents.
