摘要
近年来,随着我国易流态化固体散装货物水路运输量的持续增长,沉船事故频发,引起了航运界、法律界和保险界的高度关注.沉船事故的主要原因是船舶在装卸和运输方面有关安全管理措施不到位,因此亟待加强易流态化固体散装货物水路运输安全管理.对于易流态化固体散装货物水路运输发生的几次沉船事故进行了主要原因分析和总结.
Recently,with the growth of our country easy fluidized solid bulk cargo for water transportation. Sinking of frequent accidents caused the high attention of shipping industry,Legal and insurance. The main cause of the sinking ship in loading,unloading and transportation is that safety management rules do not reach the designated position and need to be strengthened. The main causes of several shipwreck accidents in the water transport of solid bulk cargo are analyzed and summarized.
