摘要
江苏是我国的制造业大省,制造业的发展起步早,人才竞争力强,随着《中国制造2025江苏行动纲要》的推进及江苏省智能制造的转型,企业人力资源的竞争愈发激烈,从江苏省中小制造型企业激励体系入手,研究了制造业人才竞争力提升策略。
In China, Jiangsu province has strong competitiveness of talent in the manufacturing industry. Jiangsu,s manufacturing industry development started early. With the " Chinese manufacturing 2025 Jiangsu action plan" promoting and the transformation of Jiangsu province in intelligent manufacturing, enterprise human resources competitiveness determines the development of enterprises. Starting from the small and medium manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu province, the incentive system of study on the manufacturing industry will enhance the competitiveness of talent strategy.
