摘要 注浆是解决矿井水害的一种有效方法。为了更好地研究动水注浆过程中浆液沉积压力特征与堵水效果,基于自主设计的流体力学综合试验平台,开展了煤岩体裂隙动水注浆试验研究,分析了不同水灰比和注浆压力条件下浆液在煤岩体裂隙中的沉积压力特征,提出一种裂隙动水注浆效果的评价方法。研究结果表明:浆液的沉积压力曲线可分为3类,当曲线呈平塬型分布时,注浆堵水效果最佳;呈山尖型分布时,堵水效果次之;呈台阶型分布时,堵水效果较差。 Grouting is an effective method to solve the mine water disaster. In order to better study the sedimentary pressure characteristics and water blocking effect of the slurry in the process of dynamic water grouting, experimental study of dynamic water grouting to the coal and rock fissures was carried out by using the self-designed hydrodynamic comprehensive test platfonn,analysis was made on the sedimentary pressure characteristics of the slurry in the coal and rock fissures under the conditions of different water-cement ratio and grouting pressure, a method for evaluating the dynamic water grouting effect was put forward. The results showed that the sedimentary pressure curve of the slurry could be divided into three types, when the curve was in plain - type distribution, the water blocking effect by grouting was the best, when the curve was in peak - type distribution, the water blocking effect by grouting was the second, and when the curve was in bench-type distribution, the water blocking effect by grouting was bad.
