摘要
目的探讨小儿护理中运用个性化护理模式的临床效果。方法选择我院儿科2015年3月至2016年11月收治的120例患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组则运用个性化护理模式,比较两组患儿家长疾病健康知识认知情况,家长满意度和患儿配合度。结果观察组患儿家长的疾病健康知识调查表评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的家长满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的患儿配合度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予小儿个性化护理模式,能够提高患儿的配合度,增强家长满意度,建立和谐的护患关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing mode in pediatric nursing. Methods A total of120 cases of children admitted in the department of pediatrics of our hospital from March 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the personalized nursing mode. The patients' disease health knowledge, parents satisfaction and cooperation degree of children were compared between the two groups. Results The score of disease health knowledge of parents in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the parents' satisfaction in the observation group was higher,there was significant difference(P〈0.05). The cooperation degree of children in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The personalized clinical nursing mode in pediatric nursing can improve the cooperation degree of children, strengthen the parents satisfaction, to establish the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
