摘要
目的分析总结产科护患纠纷发生原因,并探讨有效预防对策。方法选取2016年1月—2017年7月我院产科受理的护患纠纷28例作为研究对象。对其纠纷产生原因进行回顾分析,并总结有效预防措施。结果产科护患纠纷产生的原因主要包括护理人员业务素质、服务态度、护理管理、法律意识、患者因素以及医疗收费等其他因素。结论引发产科护患纠纷的原因较多,应进一步加强培训,规范护士操作,强化法律意识,提高护理人员专业素养,加强护患沟通,提高护理服务质量,从而有效减少产科护患纠纷。
Objective To analyze and summarize the causes of obstetric nurse patient disputes and to explore effective preventive measures. Methods 28 cases of nurse patient disputes accepted by our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects. The causes of the disputes were reviewed and the effective preventive measures were summarized. Results The causes of obstetric nurse patient disputes mainly included nursing staff's professional quality, service attitude, nursing management, legal consciousness, patient factors, medical charges and other factors. Conclusion There are many reasons caused by obstetric nursing disputes, should further strengthen the training of nurses, standardized operation, strengthen legal consciousness, improve the professional quality of nursing staff, strengthen communication between nurses and patients, improve the quality of nursing service, so as to effectively reduce obstetric nursing disputes.
