摘要
知识产权是关于人类在社会实践中创造的智力劳动成果的专有权利,主要包括专利权、著作权和商标权等。文章基于对2012—2016年南通市知识产权科技资助经费和专利申请与授权情况进行分析,探讨知识产权科技资助经费在知识产权发展中起到的作用。
Intellectual property is the exclusive right of human beings to produce intellectual labor in social practice, it mainly includes patent right, copyright and trademark right, etc. This paper bases on the government funding and patent application and authorization from 2012 to 2016 in Nantong, and discuss the effect of government funding on the development of intellectual property rights.
