摘要
超粘磨耗层是一种新型稀浆封层类技术,主要应用于沥青路面养护工程,目前仅在国内部分地区获得试验应用。结合超粘磨耗层的技术特点与目前稀浆封层类规范,提出了超粘磨耗层专用高粘改性乳化沥青的技术指标要求,并进行了高粘改性乳化沥青的生产制备,得出主要结论:提出专用改性乳化沥青的蒸发残留物的含量为≥60%,软化点指标≥60℃,并采用SBS高粘改性乳化沥青;SBS改性沥青经过KL-2乳化后,其针入度指标提升明显,软化点与弹性恢复能力降低显著,换用KL-3乳化剂、3.5%SBS掺量后制备的高粘改性乳化沥青符合技术要求。
Nova - surfacing is a new type of slurry seal technology, mainly used in asphalt pavement maintenance project, currently only test application in parts of the country. This paper combined with the technical characteristics and the current standard of Nova - surfacing, puts forward the technical index requirements of special modified asphalt emulsion for Nova - surfacing. The high viscosity modified emulsion asphalt was al- so prepared. The main conclusions are as follows: the special modified asphalt emulsion evaporation residue content is~〉60%, the softening point is ≥60% ℃, and SBS high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt is se- lected. After emulsified by KL -2, the penetration of SBS modified asphalt improved significantly, softening point and elastic recovery ability decreased significantly. Switch to KL - 3 emulsifier, dosage 3. 5%, the performances of SBS high viscosity modified asphalt emulsion meet the technical requirements.
