摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理干预在手足口病患儿腰穿术后的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2016年1~9月因手足口病需进行腰穿术的40例患儿作为对照组,采取常规护理措施;选取2016年10月~2017年6月因手足口病需进行腰穿术的40例患儿作为实验组,采取集束化护理干预。比较两组患儿术后依从性、不舒适率及满意度。结果:实验组患儿术后依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),不舒适率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对低龄儿童腰穿术后进行集束化护理,能够提高患儿依从性,减轻患儿疼痛感,提高护理满意度。
Objective： To explore the application effect of cluster nursing intervention methods in HFMD patients after lumbar puncture and the effect. Methods： A total of 40 cases with hand-foot-and-mouth disease after lumbar puncture were selected from January to September of 2016 as the control group,and were given the routine nursing measures; A total of 40 cases with hand-foot-and-mouth disease after lumbar puncture were selected from October of 2016 to June of 2017 as the experimental group,and were given the cluster nursing intervention. Postoperative compliance,discomfort rate and overall satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The degree of postoperative compliance and overall satisfaction rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,and the discomfort rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The cluster nursing intervention for hand-foot-and-disease children after lumbar puncture,can improve patient compliance,relieve patients pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
