摘要
目的观察本院确诊为成人肺炎支原体肺炎患者的CT影像特点,及时发现成人肺炎支原体肺炎。方法将2014年5月—2016年4月于我院进行CT影像检查的88例确诊为成人肺炎支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,对其影像资料进行回顾分析。结果 88例肺炎支原体肺炎患者的CT影像资料,可见病变多以双侧肺多叶多见;病变范围多呈小叶分布;病变类型以磨玻璃样影最常见(29.55%),其他类型有斑片状影(17.04%),大片实变影(13.64%),细支气管扩张(6.82%),肺不张(9.1%),肺门淋巴结肿大或胸腔积液(23.86%)。结论成人肺炎支原体肺炎CT影像表现具有一定的特点,有利于诊断肺炎支原体肺炎,使临床上能够更早、更及时地发现成人肺炎支原体肺炎,有利于患者及早接受治疗。
Objective To observe the CT imaging characteristics of adult patients with mycoplasma pneumonia,so as to detect mycoplasma pneumonia in adults.Methods 88 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae who were confirmed by CT images in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were enroll in the study,and the images were reviewed and analyzed.Results The lesion range was mostly in multiple lung lobes of two sides,and small lobes distribution.Lesion types were mainly grind hyaline shadow（29.55%）,other types were patchy shadow（17.04%）,massive consolidation shadow（13.64%）,bronchiectasis（6.82%）,atelectasis（9.1%）,lung hilum lymph node enlargement or pleural effusion（23.86%）.Conclusion CT image of adult pneumoniae pneumonia has its own characteristics,it is help for the diagnosis of pneumoniae pneumonia,the eary and timely detection of pneumoniae pneumonia,and early treatment.
