摘要
作为一种有效的管理模式,项目管理日益受到教育部门的关注。K大学继续教育学院参照和学习企业项目化的管理模式,成功地将项目管理机制引入到教育运营管理中,不仅提升了教学管理水平和教学质量,而且也为可持续发展提供了有力的保障。基于项目导向型组织的相关理论并结合K大学继续教育学院的实际案例,研究当前高等院校继续教育学院组织项目导向型组织结构设计的问题,具有积极的现实意义。
As an effective management model, project management is increasingly concerned by the education sector. Based on the project management model, the project management mechanism is introduced into the education operation management, which not only improves the teaching management level and teaching quality, but also provides the effective guarantee for the sustainable development. Based on the theory of project-oriented organization and the practical case of K College Continuing Education Institute, it is of great practical significance to study the design of project-oriented organizational structure of college affiliated colleges in continuing education.
