摘要
目的了解化学消毒剂有效成分的应用现状。方法对2009-2013年国家卫生计生委批准的1 435件消毒剂的基本情况、消毒有效成分种类和使用频率等情况进行调查。结果调查表明,1 435件消毒剂中应用的有效成分66种,其中碘类、氯类、醇类及胍类4类消毒有效成分总使用频率较高,在15.7%~28.0%之间。结论消毒有效成分是消毒产品的核心原料,了解其在实际应用中的现状对消毒产品监管具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the status and characteristics of effective components in chemical disinfectants in China. Methods A total of 1 435 sample informations of chemical disinfectants which ratified by National Health and Family Planning Commission of PRC from 2009 to 2013 were collected to analyze the kinds,frequency and compound.Results It was clear that 66 kinds of effective componts were used in chemical disinfectants. High infrequently used were 4 kinds of effective components such as chlorine,iodine,alcohol and biguanides. The frequencies varied from 15. 7% to28. 0%. Conclusion The effective component is the core raw material of disinfection products,and it is of great significance to understand the present situation in the application.
