小儿解表颗粒的抗病毒作用研究 被引量:6

Study on the anti-virus effects of Xiaoer Jiebiao granules

摘要 目的观察小儿解表颗粒在体外的抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用和在小鼠体内的抗甲型流感病毒(IAV)作用。方法先测定小儿解表颗粒对Hep-2细胞的半数毒性浓度(TC50)及最大无毒浓度(TC0),并用TC0浓度下的药物进行体外抗RSV实验,以其半数抑制浓度(IC50)及选择指数(SI)来评价小儿解表颗粒的抗RSV作用。用昆明种小鼠进行体内抗IAV试验,分别采用8、4、2 g·kg^(-1)药物浓度进行试验,以死亡保护率和平均生存天数等指标来评价小儿解表颗粒的抗流感病毒作用。结果小儿解表颗粒具有抑制RSV的作用,其IC50=5.00 mg·mL^(-1),SI=8.00。小儿解表颗粒高、中剂量具抗IAV作用,其最小显效剂量为4 g·kg^(-1),与阳性药利巴韦林比较,差异无统计学意义。结论小儿解表颗粒具有体外抗RSV的作用;8、4 g·kg^(-1)小儿解表颗粒对昆明种小鼠具抗IAV的作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of Xiaoer Jiebiao granules on RSV - infected cells in vitro and IAV - infected mice in vivo. METHODS In Hep - 2 cells,the 50% toxic concentration (TC50) and the maximum non - toxic concentration ( TC0 ) of the Xiaoer Jiebiao granules were determined, and the latter was used to examine their anti - RSV effect in vitro, evaluated by IC50 and selective index (SI). Additionally, different concentrations of the drug( 8 g· kg-1,4 g·kg-1 and 2 g· kg- 1 ) were selected to test its anti-IAV effect in vivo, estimated by death prevention rate and average survival days. RESULTS The Xiaoer Jiebiao granules could inhibit the action of RSV with ICs0of 5.00 g-kg-tand SI of 8.00. In mice experiment,the IAV infection was impeded by Xiaoer Jiebiao granules at both high and middle dosages,and the minimum effective concentration of the drug was 4 g·kg-1,which compared with Ribavirin, was statistically insignificant. CONCLUSION The Xiaoer Jiebiao granules played a positive role in anti - RSV activity in vitro, and showed a favorable effect on anti - IAV infection in vivo at both high and middle concentrations,
