摘要
目的:观察乳腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛护理中应用护理干预的效果。方法:选择于2016年5月-2017年5月在笔者所在医院行手术治疗的乳腺肿瘤患者134例,随机抽取67例作为观察组,术后疼痛护理中应用护理干预,另67例作为对照组,术后实施常规疼痛护理。观察术后6、12 h及术后2、3 d的疼痛程度,评价两组患者护理满意度及生活质量。结果:观察组术后6、12 h及术后2、3 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺肿瘤术后在疼痛护理中应用护理干预后,可明显减轻患者疼痛程度,利于患者尽早康复,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To observe the effect of nursing intervention in postoperative pain nursing of breast cancer patients.Method：134 patients with breast tumor for surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected,67 cases as observation group,adopted postoperative pain care nursing,other 67 cases as control group,adopted regular pain nursing.Observed postoperative 6 h,12 h after operation,postoperative,2 d and 3 d postoperative pain degree,evaluation of two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and quality of life.Result：After 6 h,12 h,2 d and 3 d after operation postoperative pain scores of the observation group were lower,the quality of life scores,nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention in pain nursing after breast cancer can significantly reduce the pain degree of the patient,help the patient recover early and improve the quality of life of the patients.
