摘要
目的:探究活血化瘀汤联合推拿治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的疗效,为临床提供指导。方法:选取笔者所在医院骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者100例,并进行分组。联合组50例患者应用活血化瘀汤联合推拿治疗,常规西医组50例患者应用常规西药治疗,对比两组骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者的治疗效果。结果:联合组骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者的总有效率为96.00%,显著高于常规西医组(74.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者的肿胀消除时间、住院时间均短于常规西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者在治疗期间均未出现明显肝肾功能损害。结论:对骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者采取活血化瘀汤联合推拿治疗的效果显著,无不良反应发生。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with massage on limb swelling in the later stage of bone fracture.Method：100 patients with limb swelling in our hospital were selected and grouped.The combined group of 50 patients were treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with massage,conventional western medicine group of 50 cases of patients with conventional western medicine treatment,compared with the treatment of patients with limb swelling in the late stage of treatment of the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the combined group patients with late stage of limb swelling was 96.00%,significantly higher than that of conventional western medicine group（74.00%）（P〈0.05）,the swelling eliminating time and hospitalization time of combined group was shorter than the conventional western medicine group（P〈0.05）;two groups during treatment period,there was no obvious damage to liver and kidney function.Conclusion：Therapeutic effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with massage on patients with limb swelling in the late stage of bone fracture is significant,and no adverse reaction occurs.
