摘要
阐述了整流二极管侧加CDD无损吸收电路的工作原理,针对变压器次级侧整流二极管电压尖峰大的问题,提出了改进型的LCDD无源无损吸收电路,分析了各参数变化对变换器的影响规律,设计了8 kW的实验样机。实验结果验证了该LCDD吸收电路可有效抑制电压尖峰,对工程应用具有一定借鉴意义。
The working principle of the CDD circuit of output rectifying diode is discussed.In view of the voltage peak in rectifier diode ,An improved LCDD passive lossless absorption circuit is proposed.The influences have been ana- lyzed from different parameters of LCDD.The 8 kW prototype is designed.The experiments show that voltage peak can be decreased efficiently.The conclusions have some guiding significance to the design and the engineering application.
