摘要
传统的升压逆变器由于升压电路应用的无源元件较多,控制信号需要死区插入等缺陷,限制了其应用范围。现有的Z/q-Z源逆变器虽然能够解决死区插入引起的输出畸变问题,但其电流不连续,前端升压电路较复杂,不适合应用于需要持续输出的系统。开关型升压逆变器前端升压电路简单,但其电压增益却不如Z/q-Z源逆变器。此处使用一种新型高增益连续型开关升压逆变器,在保证高电压增益,消除死区影响的同时,简化了前端升压电路的结构,减少了无源元件的数量,并通过电感的续流作用使得系统的输入电流保持连续。这里对该系统的工作原理和调制方法进行了分析,并通过仿真及实验对其可行性进行了验证。
Because of using too many passive components and inserting the dead-time into the control signal, the con- ventional Boost inverter has a limited applied range.The Z/q-Z source inverters can avoid the output waveform distor- tion which caused by inserting the dead-time.But its current is discontinuous which makes it can't be used to the sys- tem requiring continuous output current, and the inverter has a complicated front end Boost circuit.Switching Boost in- verter has a simple front-end circuit, but its voltage gain is lower than Z/q-Z source inverter.A new type of high gain con-tinuous switching Boost inverter is used.The new inverter can achieve a high voltage gain and it also can elimi- nate the effect of dead-time.Meanwhile,because of using less passive components,the new inverter has a simpler front-end circuit and it can supply continuous output current with an inductance.The working principle and the method of modulation of the new inverter are analyzed and the feasibility of the new inverter is verified through the simulation and the experiment.
