摘要
空心螺旋形电感常被用于6.78 MHz无线电能传输(WPT)系统的E类逆变器中,其优化设计是提升逆变效率的重点与难点。分析了其电感量、高频涡流损耗的解析计算方法,并通过有限元方法(FEM)仿真对比分析其计算精度。通过分析现有解析方法的计算误差因素,修正了其邻近效应损耗计算误差。在不同参数条件下,改进后的解析方法与FEM仿真相对误差均维持在5%以内,具有计算速度快、精度高等优点。通过实验测量,改进后的解析计算方法在6.78 MHz的等效交流电阻计算值与实测值误差不超过10%。能满足6.78 MHz WPT系统优化设计需求。
The helical air-core inductor is often used in the 6.78 MHz class E inverter,which is applied in wireless power transfer(WPT) system.Its optimization is the key and difficuhy of improving inverter efficiency.This paper anal- yses the analytic calculation of inductance and high-frequency eddy current losses.The accuracy of analytic method is contrasted with finite element method(FEM) simulation.The calculation accuracy of proximity effect losses is improved after analyzing the error factor of the presented method.Therefore, the accuracy of analytical method is improved sig- nificantly.The relative error between the improved method and FEM simulation is kept within 5% under different pa- rameter conditions and it has the advantages of high calculation speed and high accuracy.The error between mea- sured and calculated equivalent alternating current resistance at 6.78 MHz is less than 10%.The improved method can meet the optimization of 6.78 MHz WFF system.
