视镜在化工设备中是一个小的但非常重要的设备。通过视镜可以观察设备内反应的状况,及时调整化工工艺。它是对仪表监控的重要补充。硝酸生产厂家的氧化炉视镜在正常运行中经常发生密封不严泄漏氨气甚至视镜碎裂的情况。以下将从设计、安装、正常运行维护方面分析视镜泄漏、损坏的原因,并提出解决方案。
The mirror in chemical equipment in a small but very important equipment, through the mirror can observe the reaction in the equipment, adjust the chemical process in time, is an important supplement to the instrument monitoring. In the normal operation of the oxidation furnace mirrors of nitric acid manufacturers, the leakage of ammonia gas and even the cracked mirror are often happened. The reasons for the leakage and damage of the rearview mirror are analyzed from the aspects of design, installation and normal operation and maintenance, and solutions are proposed.
