摘要
车身作为客车的重要组成部分,在制造中多采用焊接工艺。焊接质量的好坏对车身的性能以及整车的质量至关重要。本文阐述客车车身焊接工艺的特点、焊装制造工艺的内容,提出提高车身焊装质量的控制措施,以指导工程实践。
As an important part of the coach, the body adopts welding technology, and the quality of welding is very important to the performance of the body and the quality of the whole vehicle. It has practical significance for guiding engineering practice. This paper expounds the characteristics of the welding process of coach body, the content of welding and manufacturing technology, and puts forward some control measures for improving the quality of body welding and guiding the engineering practice.
