摘要
随着汉语教学在海外的不断扩大和不断深入,越来越多的问题摆在了国际汉语教育工作者的面前。教师、教材、教法等问题都有待进一步的研究和探讨,其中教师问题最为核心,高素质的国际汉语教师是海外汉语教学取得最优化效果的根本保证。本文以泰国的汉语教学实际为例,从不同角度分析探讨了国际汉语教师应具备的素质与能力,以期能对国际汉语教师的培养提供一些有益的启示。
With the continuous expansion and deepening of Chinese teaching overseas,more and more problems are confronted by the international Chinese education workers.Teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and other issues have yet to be further studied and discussed.Among them,the study abut teacher is most core question because high-quality international Chinese language teachers fundamentally guarantee overseas Chinese language teaching to achieve optimal teaching effect.Taking Chinese teaching in Thailand as an example,the article from different angles analyzes the international Chinese language teachers ' quality and ability and the author hopes to provide some beneficial enlightenment to cultivate the international Chinese language teachers.
