摘要
研究裁切方向对PTFE织物自润滑衬垫剥离强度及在不同工况下摩擦磨损性能的影响,分析造成性能差异的原因。结果表明:经向裁切衬垫的剥离强度最好,平均达1.49 N/mm;衬垫摩擦因数最低,平均为0.04;轴承圆周摆动的平均摩擦磨损寿命最长,达1 626 h;轴承在倾斜摆动情况下也保持了良好的摩擦磨损性能,说明经向裁切衬垫的综合性能优异;纬向裁切衬垫的综合性能最差,左斜向、右斜向裁切衬垫的综合性能居中。
The effect of cutting direction on peeling strength of PTFE fabric self - lubricating liner and friction and wear properties under different operating conditions are studied, and the causes of property differences are analyzed. The results show that the peeling strength of liner by warp cutting is best, and the average peeling strength reaching I. 49 N/mm; the liner has the lowest friction coefficient, the average friction coefficient being 0.04 ; the average friction and wear life of the bearings under circumferential swing is the longest, the average life reaching 1 626 h;the good friction and wear properties of the bearings are maintained under tilting swing, indicating that the comprehensive property of liner by wrap cutting is excellent. The comprehensive property of liner by weft cutting is the worst, and the comprehensive property of liner by left and right oblique cutting is in the middle.
