摘要
文章介绍了黄河宁夏段干流水情监测系统建设概况,分析了其存在的问题,并针对黄河宁夏段干流水情监测现状和特点,根据黄河宁夏段干流的实际业务需求,提出了新形势下黄河宁夏段干流水情监测系统的建设目标和建设内容,探讨了黄河宁夏段干流水情监测系统的总体设计,为黄河宁夏段防汛防凌决策提供准确实时数据支撑。
This paper introduces the general situation of the construction of hydrologic information monitoring system for the main stream in Ningxia section of Yellow River, analyzes the existing problems. According to the present situation, characteristics and actual business need of the hydrologic information monitoring system for the main stream in Ningxia section of Yellow River, puts forward the goal of the construction of hydrologic information monitoring system for the main stream in Ningxia section of Yellow River under the new situation. The paper also explores the overall design of the construction of hydrologic information monitoring system for the main stream in Ningxia section of Yellow River, in order to provide accurate real-time data support for ice and flood control decision in Ningxia section of Yellow River.
