摘要
文章研究了盐城汽车产业发展现状,经过近几年的迅速发展,已经形成了较为稳定的体系,且已成为第一战略产业。而它的优势在于产业已初具规模,且势头猛、发展潜力大、市场需求大。但是,盐城汽车产业还是存在不少问题亟待解决,例如企业之间联系不够,很难形成自己的创新网络,自主研发能力不足;发展受限大量人才流失,缺乏高级管理与高技术人才;经济基础相对薄弱,资金投入比例不足。除此以外汽车产业结构还存在一部分不合理因素,文章对以上问题提出了对策与建议。
With several years of rapid development, automobile industry in Yancheng currently has formed a more stable system, and has become the first strategic industry in Yaneheng, with advantages of a considerable scale, a good momentum, great potential and significant market demands. However, many critical problems that lie in automobile industry are in great need of urgent solution. For example, the connections between enterprises are too weak to form an innovation network, and the ability of independent R＆D is ill-equipped. Its limited development has suffered a great number of brain drains, thus senior managers and high-tech personnel are in great shortage. In addition, the economic base is relatively weak, plus the proportion of capital investment is still underfunded. Besides, there are some other unreasonable factors in the structure of automobile industry. For all mentioned above, this paper puts forward some solutions to it.
