摘要
目的观察集束化护理对重症患者大便失禁皮肤干预的效果。方法选择我院ICU病房2013年1月—2015年1月收治的90例住院患者为观察对象,所有患者均接受集束化护理,分析患者的皮肤干预效果。结果无皮炎81例,Ⅰ度9例,无1例患者发生Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度失禁性皮炎。患者平均护理时间为(2.54±0.34)h,平均护理费用为(23.55±2.32)元。结论在重症患者大便失禁皮肤干预中应用集束化护理措施,有助于护理效果的改善。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing care for the patients with severe fecal incontinence in the skin.Methods 90 cases of hospitalized patients with ICU in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2013 were selected as the observation object,all patients were treated with cluster analysis,and the effect of skin care was analyzed retrospectively.Results there were 81 cases of non dermatitis,9 cases of Ⅰ degree,and cases without Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree of incontinence dermatitis. The average nursing time was（2.54＋0.34）h,and the average cost was（23.55＋2.32）.Conclusion The application of cluster nursing care in the treatment of severe patients with fecal incontinence in patients with fecal incontinence is helpful to improve the clinical treatment and nursing effect.
