同步训练中干扰效应的分子生物学机制

摘要 同步训练(Concurrent Training)是在同一个时期既进行耐力素质的训练,又进行力量素质的训练,二者产生肌肉适应的机制不同,并相互影响。本文从分子生物学的角度来探讨训练方式(耐力和力量)之间相互干扰的机制,为了进一步利用同步训练的有效性,降低同步训练的负面影响,进行优化训练方案提供参考。
