摘要
十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕着人民主体思想发表了许多重要讲话,赋予了"人民主体"思想新的内涵,在十八届五中全会上首次提出"以人民为中心"的发展思想,在十九大上再次强调这个发展思想,这些都体现了习近平治国理政思想的核心思想和价值取向。这既是对马克思主义唯物史观和中国传统民本思想的继承、发展和创新,也体现出历代共产党人一以贯之的价值追求,并在推进"四个全面"和"五位一体"的战略布局中,把以人民为中心的发展思想落到实处。这一思想对于在新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、夯实党的执政地位、实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和伟大复兴的"中国梦"具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping gave plentyof important speeches which endowed new connotation to the idea that people is subject. Consideringpeople as the center, which was firstly proposed in the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC centralcommittee. The idea showed the core idea and value pursuit of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on governance. Inaddition, it is the heritage, development and innovation of Marxism people-oriented thoughts and Chinesetraditional people-based thoughts, value pursuit of each generation of Communist. Its main practice is todevelop Chinese characteristic socialist five-in-one strategy and confirm people-oriented thought from fiverperspectives, economy, Political, culture, society and ecology. This thought is of great theoretical andpractical significance for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,consolidating the ruling status of the party, achieving the ＂ two centenary goals＂ and the greatrejuvenation of the ＂ Chinese dream＂.
