摘要 基于离子交换法提出了一种制备氨基磺酸镍的新工艺。选用聚丙烯酸系大孔弱酸性阳离子树脂,使用氢氧化钠溶液将其转型后进行离子交换,最终制得氨基磺酸镍。通过对该工艺各步骤进行实验研究得出较合理的实验操作参数:洗涤转型后的树脂时,流出液p H需小于10;离子交换时,镍离子以200 g/h的速度通过树脂层最优;洗脱镍时,氨基磺酸溶液以0.6 m/h的流速通入,多柱串联采用3个交换柱最优。实验结果表明,离子交换法制备氨基磺酸镍具有流程简单、操作方便、设备投资少等优点,同时可制备出高纯度的氨基磺酸镍。 Based on the method of ion exchange,a new process for preparing nickel aminosulfonate was put forward.The macroporous polyacrylic acid resin was choosen to carry out ion exchange to prepare nickel aminosulfonate solution,prior to that,the sodium hydroxide solution was used for the transformation of the resin.And through a series of data,the reasonable experimental operating parameters had been acquired.When washing the resin after transformation,the p H of outflow needed to be less than 10. During the process of ion exchange,the reasonable speed of the nickel ion through the resin layer was200 g/h.When the elution was performed,the reasonable speed of the sulfonate solution through the exchange column was0.6 m/h.And the experiment was carried out in series with three exchange columns.Experimental results showed that this process had the advantages of simple process,convenient operation,low equipment investment,and so on,which can produce high purity nickel aminosulfonate.
