摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理对降低中心静脉置管血液透析患者感染的作用效果。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年12月我院收治的中心静脉置管血液透析患者84例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用预见性护理措施干预,比较两组中心静脉置管相关感染发生情况、护理满意度及生存质量。结果:观察组中心静脉置管相关感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组较对照组护理满意度(健康指导、护理技术、治疗效果)评分及生存质量(生理状况、心理状况、社会功能、环境状况)评分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理可有效降低血液透析患者中心静脉置管相关感染发生情况,提高患者护理满意度及生存质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of foreseeable nursing in reducing the infection of hemodialysis patients with central venous catheterization.Methods: A total of 84 hemodialysis patients with central venous catheterization admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received foreseeable nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The central venous catheterization related infections,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of central venous catheterization related infections in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05); the score of nursing satisfaction( health guidance,nursing techniques and treatment effect) and the score of quality of life( physiological status,psychological status,social function and environmental conditions) in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The foreseeable nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of central venous catheterization related infections in hemodialysis patients and improve their nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
