摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在手术室中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院手术患者86例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规手术室护理,观察组进行人性化护理,比较两组患者对护理的满意度、护理前后的治疗效能感。结果:观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后的治疗效能感均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用效果较好,对于患者治疗效能感的提升价值较高。
Objective: To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the operation room. Methods: A total of 86 surgery patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the objects for study and randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conventional operation room nursing and the observation group received humanized nursing. The patients' satisfaction with nursing and the therapeutic efficacy before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: The patients' satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The therapeutic efficacy after nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The humanized nursing in the operation room has good application effect,and it is of high value for the improvement of patients' therapeutic efficacy.
