茄子黄萎病苗期人工接种技术研究 被引量:5

A Study on Artificial Inoculation Technique for Eggplant Verticillium Wilt at the Seedling Stage

摘要 为建立高效、准确的茄子黄萎病苗期人工接种技术,对灌根法、伤根灌根法、剪根蘸根法等接种方法及菌株致病力、菌液浓度、菌液量等因素对接种技术产生的影响进行探索。结果表明,3种方法均可用于茄子黄萎病苗期人工接种鉴定,且鉴定结果趋于一致。灌根法发病较慢,伤根灌根法人为造成的实验误差较大,剪根蘸根法效率更高,结果更准确。不同方法接种后适宜调查时间不同,灌根法为接种后45 d,剪根醮根法与伤根灌根法为接种后30 d。研究表明,菌株致病力强弱是影响抗性鉴定结果的关键要素。在此试验范围内菌液浓度、菌液用量的不同可影响茄子黄萎病发展快慢,但不影响最终抗性鉴定结果,推荐接种菌液浓度1×107个/m L,菌液量10 m L/穴。 In order to establish an efficient and accurate method for inoculation of eggplant Verticillium wilt at the seedling stage,the effects of the inoculation methods of pouring the root,pouring the wounded root,dipping the cut root and the pathogenicity of strain,the concentration of bacteria,the amount of inoculation on inoculation techniques were studied.The results showed that all the three methods could be used for artificial inoculation of eggplant Verticillium wilt,and the result of identification was consistent. The method of pouring the root was slower in pathogenicity,and the experimental error caused by pouring the wounded root was larger,and dipping the cut root was more efficient and more accurate. The suitable times for investigation after inoculation using different methods were different,the suitable time for the method of pouring the root was 45 days after inoculation,and that for pouring the wounded root and dipping the cut root was 30 days.The results showed that the pathogenicity of strains was the key factor affecting the results of resistance identification.In the range of the experiment,the concentration and the amount of inoculation affected the development speed of eggplant Verticillium wilt,but it did not affect the final resistance identification,the recommended inoculum concentration was 1×10~7/m L,and the amount was 10 m L/hole.
