柞丝绸的活性染料染色工艺研究

摘要 柞丝绸是蛋白质纤维,有氨基、亚氨基、羟基等活性基团,能与活性染料的活性基团发生共价键结合;本文以活性艳红X-3B对漂后的柞丝绸进行染色,使用氯化钠作促染剂,碳酸钠作固色剂.考察氯化钠质量浓度、碳酸钠质量浓度、固色温度、固色时间等因素对柞丝绸染色效果的影响.在较佳染色工艺:碳酸钠8 g/L、氯化钠40 g/L、固色温度80℃、固色时间20 min,活性艳红X-3B对漂后的柞丝绸具有较好的上染百分率、固色率和耐水洗牢度;上染百分率为71.91%、固色率67.04%、耐水洗牢度≥4级. Tussah silk is a protein fiber,with amino groups,imino groups,hydroxyl and other active groups,can occur with reactive dyes covalently bonded; In this paper to the active brilliant red X-3 B on the bleached tart silk dyeing,Sodium chloride as a fixation accelerator,sodium carbonate as a fixing agent.The effects of sodium chloride concentration,sodium carbonate concentration,fixing temperature and fixing time on the dyeing effect of tussah silk were investigated.In the preferred dyeing process: sodium carbonate is 8 g/L,sodium chloride is40 g/L,fixing temperature is 80 ℃,fixing time is 20 min,reactive brilliant red X-3 B on the bleached tussah silk has a better Dyeing percentage,fixing rate and washing fastness; the dyeing percentage was 71. 91%,the fixing rate was 67.04%,and the washing fastness not less than 4 level.
