摘要
目的探讨益气活血中药对缺血性脑卒中恢复早期的临床效果。方法选取2016年1~12月本院收治的60例缺血性脑卒中恢复早期患者,将其根据干预方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规神经内科药物治疗、常规护理和康复治疗。在此基础上,治疗组患者接受补阳还五汤加减的中药治疗。以卒中后相关性感染(SAP)发生率、NIHSS评分、改良Barthel指数评分、CD3~^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+值作为结局指标,并使用SPSS 20.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果两组的SAI发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后的NIHSS评分、改良后Bathel指数评分、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的NIHSS评分、改良后Bathel指数评分、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血中药可以改善患者的神经缺损症状,降低其SAI发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of qi-boosting and blood invigorating herbs on early recovery of ischemic stroke.Methods From January to December 2016,60 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital were selected.According to different intervention methods,they were evenly divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）.In patients of the control group,routine neurology drug therapy,routine nursing,and rehabilitation treatment were applied.Besides that,modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction was added.The incidence of SAP,NIHSS score,modified Barthel index score,CD3~,CD4~,and CD8＋,and the ratio of CD4~ to CD8~ were considered as outcomes indicators.SPSS 20.0 package was used for statistical analysis.Results There was a statistical difference in the incidence of SAP between the two groups （P〈0.05）.NIHSS score,modified Bathel index score,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD8＋,and the ratio of CD4＋ to CD8＋ before and after treatment were all displayed statistical differences intra group comparison in two groups （P〈0.05）. There was a statistical difference of NIHSS score,modified Bathel index score,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD8＋,and the ratio of CD4＋ to CD8＋ after treatment between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qi-boosting and blood invigorating herbs can improve symptoms of neurological deficit of patients and reduce the incidence of SAI in patients.
