摘要
通过门尼黏度仪、旋转流变仪、透射电镜、毛细管流变仪、哈普转矩流变仪等手段研究了停放时间对白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶/稀土顺丁橡胶混炼胶门尼黏度、填料分散、剪切黏度、入口压力降和Garvey口模挤出等流变行为的影响。结果表明,在0~6h,随着停放时间增加,白炭黑在基体胶中分散程度变好,6h后的聚集程度增加,分散性变差;混炼胶的门尼黏度、剪切黏度和入口压力降也在0~6h降低,6h后升高。停放时间增加,挤出物外观先变好后变差,外观最好时停放时间为6h。
The effects of storage time on Mooney viscosity, shear viscosity, entrance pressure drop,Garvey extrusion die and filler dispersion of rubber compound (SSBR/BR) were studied by cap-illary rheometer, rotational rheometer, HAPRO torque rheometer and TEM.The results showed that with the increase of storage time,the degree of silica flocculation increased and the dispersion of silica became poor after 6 hours, storage;Mooney viscosi ty,shear viscosity and entrance pressure drop also increased after 6 h.After 6 h, HAPRO ext rudate appearance worsened wi th the increase of storage time
