管状TKY焊缝在海洋平台中非常普遍,对该类焊缝进行超声波检测的难度很大.本文详细介绍该类焊缝缺陷试块的设计和加工方法,制作出精确度较高的缺陷试块,为超声波检测人员的技能提升提供有效工具,也为该类试块的制作提供了一定的指导。
Tubular TKY weld is widely used in offshore platform, and UT is difficult to be carried out on this type of weld. This page introduces the detailed design and processing method of defective TKY block and accurate defective block is manufactured. The experience in this page provides some guidance for manufacturing of this type block, and the block can be effective tool to improve UT inspector＇s skill.
