摘要 螺线管是机电设备的重要元器件,其磁场分布涉及多物理场耦合;传统的依靠解析公式或经验公式计算其磁场分布和电感量的方法具有一定的局限性和精确性限制;文中通过利用多物理场仿真分析软件COMSOL Multiphysics对一个螺线管进行了建模和仿真分析,得到了在指定材料和电流参数下的电阻值,磁通量密度,电感量,以及电势分布,并对结果进行了分析。 Solenoid is one of the important components of Mechanical and electrical equipment, the magnetic field distribution involves many physical field coupling; The traditional method relying on analytical formulas or empirical formula to calculate the magnetic field distribution and inductance has certain limitations and accuracy; In this paper, through using multiple physical field simulation analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics,A solenoid is modeled and simulation analyzed, in the specified materials and current parameters, obtained the values of the resistance, the magnetic flux density and inductance, as well as the potential distribution, and the results are analyzed and validated.
