摘要
轻质、高强、耐热、耐蚀钛合金零部件在航空航天、兵器等发动机领域中具有重要的应用前景。针对一端带内法兰的TC4钛合金筒形件开展了加热旋压成形工艺研究,分析了加热温度、旋轮形状、旋压道次、旋轮进给比、壁厚减薄率等工艺参数对TC4钛合金旋压成形的影响规律,研究了旋压过程中材料出现的破裂、起皱、扭曲、扩径等现象并提出了解决措施,辅以后续精密整形和热处理工艺,制造了几何尺寸和机械性能均满足要求的TC4钛合金筒形件,为类似钛合金筒形件旋压成形提供了参考。
Titanium alloys hold good prospects in aerospace and weapons for its light weight, high strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The hot-spinnig process of TC4 titanium alloy tube with one inner flange has been studied. The influence of heating temperature, roller shape, spinning pass, roller feed ratio and wall thickness reduction on the spinning forming of TC4 titanium alloy tube has been analyzed. The rupture, corrugation, distortion, diameter expansion in the spinning processing have been studied and their solutions are presented. TC4 titanium alloy tube with both geometric and mechanical properties met the requirements are produced with the aid of precision plastic and heat treatment. The work provides a reference for spinning forming of other titanium alloy tube parts.
