摘要
搭建了真实的高压开关柜实验平台,设计了5种能产生稳定局部放电的高压开关柜典型缺陷模型。使用暂态地电压局部放电检测设备对各缺陷模型进行检测,检验了暂态地电压对不同缺陷的检测能力。并选取暂态地电压检测能力较好的缺陷的检测数据,使用4种暂态地电压判断方法,对数据进行了分析,指出了4种判断方法的特点和不足,并给出了推荐的判断方法。应用推荐的判断方法,对某变电站和某供电局的检测数据进行了分析,表明了该判断方法具有较好的有效性和可推广性。
A real switchgear cabinet experimental platform was built, and five kinds of typical switchgear cabinet defect models which can generate stable partial discharge were designed. By using a transient earth voltage partial discharge detector to detect partial discharge generated by each defect model, the detection capability of transient earth voltage was inspected. Test data of the defect that transient earth voltage has better detection capability was selected, then using four kinds of transient earth voltage judgment methods to analyze the data. The characteristics and shortcomings of four kinds of transient earth voltage judgment methods were presented, and the recommended judgment method was proposed. By using the recommended judgment method to analyze the detection data of a substation and a power supply bureau, it was showed that the recommended judgment method has good effectiveness and extensibility.
