摘要
注水是目前油田的主要开发方式,能有效保持地层压力、驱替原油,提高采收率。通常利用采出的地层污水进行除油、除污处理后再回注入地层。针对于低渗储层若回注污水水质较差,将导致储层受到损害的问题,对回注污水水质要求较高,因此有必要开展回注污水处理工艺技术的相关研究。分析了无机陶瓷膜处理回注污水的可行性,进行了室内实验,优选了陶瓷膜最佳孔径,并优化了陶瓷膜过滤处理的工艺参数,并探讨了陶瓷膜再生的技术方法。对陶瓷膜除油过滤技术的实践应用,应用效果表明,处理后水质基本满足了低渗油田I级回注水水质要求。
Water injection is now main development method of oilfields, which can effectively maintain formation pressure, drive oil and improve oil recovery. Strata produced water is usually treated by removing oil and other pollutant process and then is reinjected into the stratum. Aiming at the problem that poor quality reinjected water can cause reservoir damage in low permeability reservoirs, and required quality of reinjected water is higher, it is necessary to study the relevant sewage treatment technology. In this paper, the feasibility of using inorganic ceramic membrane to treat recycling sewage was analyzed, the ceramic membrane aperture was optimized by indoor experiments, and the process parameters of ceramic membrane filtration were also optimized, and the technical method of ceramic membrane regeneration was discussed. The application results of ceramic membrane filtration technology showed that the treated water can meet the basic requirements of grade I low permeability oilfield reinjection water quality.
