摘要
供给侧结构性改革是一项长期任务,但也是迫在眉睫的问题。本文对东莞供给侧结构性改革进行了经济、社会制度、文化三个层面的价值分析,并就目前东莞面临的"三去一降一补",即去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板的改革形式进行深入分析。结合东莞实际,进行抽样问卷调查及人物访谈,选择重点领域进行研究,给出应从培植重点产业集群、优化营商环境、培植优质企业和推动产品创新,满足消费需求的升级等四个领域着手,加快推进供给侧结构性改革。
Supply side structural reform is not only a long-running task, but also an impending issue. This paper analyzes supply side structural reform of Dongguan mainly from three aspects： economy, social institution and culture. Furthermore, it makes a deeper analysis on Dongguan current situation of cutting overcapacity, destocking, deleveraging, reducing corporate costs and shoring up weak spots. To do this, the author makes some sampling questionnaires and does some interviews, based on the actual situation of Dongguan, to study the key areas. At last, it proposes four strategies to promote the supply side structural reform, including： cultivating key industrial clusters, optimizing the business environment, building the outstanding enterprises and meeting the customers＇ demand upgrading.
