摘要
[目的]探讨诊治初期规范化健康教育对老年糖尿病病人学习胰岛素注射知识、技术的影响。[方法]采用分层抽样方法,从我院糖尿病俱乐部成员中,选取诊治初期(确诊时间≤12个月)接受规范化教育的老年糖尿病病人50例设为观察组;选取诊治初期未接受规范化教育的老年糖尿病病人50例,设为对照组。两组病人同时实施为期9个月的胰岛素规范化注射干预。干预后,采用胰岛素规范注射的知信行问卷进行调查,比较两组病人胰岛素注射技术、知识掌握情况及糖代谢水平。[结果]观察组胰岛素注射技术掌握情况和糖代谢指标改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胰岛素相关知识正确掌握、执行情况优于对照组,除"注射前洗手""针头一针一更换"外,其他条目比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]诊治初期规范化教育提高了老年糖尿病病人学习新技术的能力,使其对胰岛素规范注射的依从性增强,改善了糖代谢指标及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of standardized health education in early diagnosis and treatment on knowledge and technology of insulin injection in elderly with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 50 elderly patients of early diagnosis and treatment(confirmed time less than 12 months)who received standardized education form diabetes club members in our hospital were selected as the observation group.Aother 50 cases of early diagnosis and treatment who didn't receive standardized education were selected as the control group.Two groups of patients were given standardized insulin injection at the same time for 9 months.After the intervention,the insulin injection technology,knowledge mastery and glucose metabolism level were compared between the two groups with the standardized insulin injection KAP questionnaire.Results:The technology of insulin injection and glucose metabolism index in the observation group was better than that in the control group,there was statistically significant of difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The insulin related knowledge mastery the implementation of obsenation group were better than the control group,in addition to the"wash before injection"and"needle stitch replacement",there were statistically significant of difference in other items(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized education in early diagnosis and treatment improved the ability of learning new technology in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,improved the compliance of standardized insulin injection and improved the indexes of glucose metabolism and the quality of life.
