摘要
目的:观察滞针提拉法结合穴位注射鼠神经生长因子治疗难治性面瘫的临床疗效,寻求治疗难治性面瘫的有效方法。方法:选取我科符合纳入标准的难治性面瘫患者44例,随机分为两组,各22例。对照组采用传统针刺取穴治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上运用滞针提拉法结合穴位注射鼠神经生长因子治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率77.3%,对照组总有效率45.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组面神经麻痹程度和面部残疾指数比较,治疗组优于对照组。结论:滞针提拉法结合穴位注射鼠神经生长因子对于难治性面瘫而言是一种行之有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhizhen Tila( pulling manipulation after a kind of sticking of needles) manipulation combined with acupoint injection of nerve growth factor on refractory facial paralysis,and to try to find an effective method for this kind of disease. Methods: 44 patients with refractory facial paralysis were randomly divided into the control group( n = 22) and the observation group( n = 22). The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture; on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Zhizhen Tila manipulation combined with acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor. Results: The total effective rate was 77. 3% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 45. 5% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The therapy of Zhizhen Tila manipulation combined with acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor is an effective treatment for refractory facial paralysis.
