摘要
随着网络技术的普及应用和档案管理现代化进程加快,电子文件归档、建设数字化档案馆等是档案界急需解决的问题。本次研究从使用者对电子档案管理系统的需求入手,在深入分析用户需求及需要配备功能基础上,设计电子档案管理系统中总体架构,进一步介绍该系统数据录入、查询检索、统计报表等模块及数据库设计情况,以期为类似研究提供一定指导。
With the popularity of the network technology application and archives management modernization is accelerated , electronic filing , such as the construction of the digitized archives archives industry is an urgent need to solve the problem. The study from the needs of users of electronic archives management system , in the thorough analysis based on user requirements and needs , overall architecture design electronic archives management system , further introduced the system data entry, query retrieval , statistics and other module and database design , in order to provide some guidance for research.
